Milliard Memory Foam Futon Mattress – Full Size (Frame Not Included) (Light Grey)

The assembly is easy, and the manual illustrations are straightforward and well done. I was able to put it together by myself, and the finished frame appears to fit through a standard door just fine. The included ratchet was especially helpful, even though they also include a regular L-key to use. Our “full size” futon mattress measures a couple inches over what is specified for this frame, but still fits when tucked into the armrests.The center support legs seemed a little wobbly during construction, but are fine once the mattress is on, and the whole unit feels pretty sturdy. Because the frame is so light, lying the frame flat is easy, but putting it back up is not. I had to remove the mattress in order to put the backrest portion back up, so it may not be the most convenient to use unless you have two sets of hands to help out every time. I have a spring mattress instead of a memory foam one, so this may only be an issue with heavier futon mattresses. My only other concern is that a couple of the bolts stripped during installation, but seeing as it’s small enough to not have to be disassembled for moving, I can’t see it being too much of an issue in the future if I happen to lose the extra set of hardware included with the parts.Overall, I’m pleased with the value, especially considering how quickly it was able to be delivered after the cheap wooden frame we had broke. It’s comparable to IKEA frames and easy to move around.
