The extra rugged design and CAT IV 600 V, CAT III 1000 V ratings add an extra element of user protection when taking high-powered measurements.Accurate peak measurements can be taken using the in-rush current mode, ideal for motors and inductive loads. Product Details:With extremely large size jaws with capacity of 58mm (2.3″) the Fluke 353 can be used to accurately test medium, large and even multiple conductors at the same time.Once attached to a conductor this clamp meter can be used to measure current levels across three ranges of 40A, 400A and 2000A (1400 AC rms) for both AC and DC modes. This tester also contains a crest factor mode which is available at either 50 or 60Hz.Test readings are shown automatically on the LCD screen on the front of the 353 and it is also possible to generate MAX, MIN and AVG functions as well based upon this testing data.
