Description It has obtained the recognition of compliance with the Protected Designation of Origin Ligurian Riviera, as per specification approved with Reg. CE N.123 / 97 which defines the parameters from production to pressing, up to bottling. On each bottle a numbered collar, able to provide traceability of the supply chain from the campaign to bottling, guarantees the consumer the origin of our oil. The gold-colored bandage guarantees the protection of the oil from oxidation and aging processes caused by the exposure of the product to light and guarantees its organoleptic qualities unaltered. The bottles are wrapped by hand. COLOR Characteristic yellow to golden green. TASTE Delicate, almondy with a sweet sensation. BOUQUET Fresh fruity, medium intensity, it contains all the scents and aromas of the Western Ligurian Riviera. METHOD Oil obtained from Monocultivar Taggiasca olives grown and harvested in the province of Imperia, pressed solely by mechanical processes. Cold extraction. PAIRINGS Particularly suitable for fish dishes, raw vegetables, carpaccio and grilled meats. It is recommended to use it raw on any type of dish to fully perceive its pleasant organoleptic characteristics.
